In the scope of the Trineflex research project, you are invited to interact with AVANTI, an AI-driven software application that allows you to evaluate how well your skillset (extracted from your CV) matches the Trineflex Custom Job Profiles.

Handling of personal data
To use AVANTI, you must share:
- Your company email (mandatory for registration and test participation).
- Your CV (optional, only if you wish to perform skill matching with Trineflex profiles).
The provision of special categories of personal data is not required.
Purpose and legal basis:
The data is processed to enable registration and access to the AVANTI platform; to perform, upon request, skills analysis and matching with Trineflex profiles; and to conduct research activities within the Trineflex project, including in aggregate and non-identifying form. Processing is based on explicit consent (which can be revoked at any time) or the performance of a service requested by the data subject.
Your data will be stored on EU-based servers, protected by state-of-the-art security measures, and processed in compliance with GDPR. We will not share your personal data with third parties unless required by law or with your explicit additional consent.
The data will be retained for the duration of the user account and in any case no longer than six months after the conclusion of the Trineflex project, except as required by law, and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or with explicit consent.
At any time and in full autonomy, you may:
- delete any uploaded CVs and reports generated by AVANTI.
- delete your account, which will erase all your data.
Furthermore, without prejudice to the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, pursuant to Articles 15-22 GDPR, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing.
